We brew all our own beer locally in Southbourne, Dorset using ingredients sourced from the best suppliers in the world. Our craft beer flavour profiles are as imaginative as the names we give them and we produce everything from the lightest lager to the darkest porter and loads in between. BJÖRN SURVIVOR

KVEIK PALE ALE 4.6%

FERMENTED HOT AT 35 DEGREES, THIS KVEIK STRAIN OF YEAST IMPARTS NOTES OF TANGERINE, MANGO AND PINEAPPLE. WE HAVE HEAVILY HOPPED THIS WITH LATE ADDITIONS OF AMARILLO AND MOSAIC HOPS GIVING NOTES OF LEMON, GRAPEFRUIT AND ORANGE.

CONKER GIN BARREL AGED HONEY SAISON 8.6%

Honey saison aged in Conker gin barrels for 10 months, brewed with 50 kg of local new forest honey and a Belgian strain of saison yeast.

NEW ENGLAND PALE ALE 4.8%

New England PALE ALE Brewed with a huge quantity of oats, vermont yeast and heavily hopped with Idaho 7, Motueka & Nelson Sauvin hops. Hazy tropical, stone fruits AND Papaya Complement its light malt base. Seriously refreshing.

KETTLE SOUR 4.5%

Our house kettle sour dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc with huge amounts of Blackberry, Raspberry and Sour Cherry purée thrown in for good measure.

SESSION PALE ALE 4%

The love child of our brewers. North America meets New Zealand with this ridiculous session pale. Brewed with Idaho 7 & Nectaron hops, it's bursting with tropical vibes. One sip and the name becomes apparent, an absolute Game Changer.

KVEIK PALE 5.4%

Dry hopped with huge amounts of Amarillo and Simcoe. Brewed using Voss kveik yeast. WITH A 50/50 lager and pale ale base, Expect bold orange peel aromas FOR A Fruity, hoppy, hazy goodness BEER.

 

MAKING LoVE AFTER MIDNIGHT

New England IPA 6.2%

Made with a yeast that produces powerful tropical flavours and funky pineapple aromas. Heavily dry hopped with Sabro hops known to impart coconut and tropical fruit flavours.

 
Nakatomi Session Pale Ale

NAKATOMI

SESSION PALE ALE 4.6%

Brewed with our friends over at Jimmy's Iced coffee for the screening of Die hard the movie. This session pale ale packs a punch, generously hopped with two experimental hops, it's busting with sweet fruit flavours. Expect huge notes of pink grapefruit, papaya, Rock melon and Mango.

DRY HOPPED PILSNER 5.3%

A classic Pilsner base combined with a new world dry hop. Light citrus notes shine through from the traditional bready base, crisp and refreshing.

 
Peaches of Peril New England IPA

PEACHES OF PERIL

NEW ENGLAND IPA 6.4%

New England IPA Brewed with a huge quantity of oats, vermont yeast and heavily hopped with Amarillo and Enigma. Expect masses of Peach, Mango and a big ester profile from the yeast.

 
Rum for the Hills Porter

RUM FOR THE HILLS

BARREL AGED PROHIBITION PORTER 9.2%

Rum AND Raisin Porter aged in Appleton Estate Rum barrels for 10 months. Secondary fermented in barrel with 50kg of jumbo chilean raisins SOAKED IN Appleton Estate Rum.

SUPERABUNDANCE

NEW ENGLAND IPA 5.6%

Brewed with a Vermont yeast known fOr its complex fruit ester profile. Heavily hopped with Galaxy and Citra. Expect tropical fruits, passionfruit and citrus.

 

TAKE ME TO VALHALLA

SINGLE HOPPED PALE ALE 4%

single hopped pale ale using super fresh Mosaic hops. Its clean and hoppy with hints of grapefruit and a light malty backbone.

 
The Deep South Doppelbock

THE DEEP SOUTH

DOPPELBOCK AGED IN COTSWOLD WHISKEY BARRELS 7.5%

Initially conditioned for 90 days and then transferred to barrels for 10 months. Smooth caramel with hints of vanilla and notes of whiskey. Aged in Cotswold whiskey barrels.

 

THE FULL NELSON

COLD IPA 5.7%

Brewed with a 50/50 lager/Pilsner base and fermented cold with lager yeast. Hopped throughout with Nelson Sauvin Hops. Clear crisp IPA with big bold gooseberry notes.

Rye Red ALE brewed with oats and wheat, heavily hopped with Amarillo, Colombus, Citra and Chinook.

THREE CHORDS AND THE TRUTH BOURBON

BARREL AGED CHOCOLATE MAPLE PORTER 8.6%

Bourbon barrel aged robust porter, aged for 10 months in Heaven Hills & Buffalo trace barrels.

THRILLER WITH VANILLA

VANILLA CHOCOLATE PORTER 4.6%

Thriller with vanilla is brewed with Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla pods and carbonated with Nitrogen. Smooth and creamy.

 

Wet Paint

Kveik Session IPA 4.2%

We used a light base malt and an array of Australian and American hops during the boil. Dry hopped with lupulin Ekuanot, Simcoe, Citra and galaxy. Originally a collaboration beer with Paintshop for their Studio gallery opening, now a Crushable refreshing favourite of our regulars.
