PRivate Bookings For the Barrel Room
The Barrel room is a fabulous space for a private function, and we’d love to help host your next big event. Get all the information you need below and then fill out the booking request form and we’ll be in touch.
How Much does it cost?
To secure your booking, we require a £250 non-refundable Booking fee. That will be refundable if you decide to cancel more than 30 days out from your requested date
There is a £100/hour minimum spend, and this is for drinks only
you can pre order pizzas and sides from us, but please note we require a £200 minimum order on food. Have a look at the menu to guage quantities
You’re welcome to organise your own catering on any of the available days and can use our plates and cutlery for a £30 cleaning fee
Payment
we have a few payment options that should suit your event:
You can run a tab and take care of the payment at the end of the night
have a prepaid amount behind the bar
let your guests pay for their own drinks as they order
The nuts & Bolts
The barrel room is only available for private hire on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays
Limited to a maximum of 50 people (including sitting and standing space)
We only offer food on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. no food can be provided by us on Sundays.
you can hire the room from any time after midday and until 23:00 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and until 22:00 on Sundays
last orders are called half an hour before closing time and we will need you to leave promptly at the above closing times
